ALT-AUTO175-2型口罩机是一台全自动化生产外耳带口罩的生产设备。本机是有一自动分疏系统连接一台ALT-175口罩本体机和两台ALT-WD175型外耳带机组成。
本体机生产的口罩本体，可由PLC平均分配到两套外耳带机上以每分钟100-150片的速度生产。全过程都可以通过人机介面触摸屏操作控制。
这套组合除ALT-175型口罩本体机必需有，后段部分可根据客户要求任意换1，或者2套耳带点带机
ALT-AUTO175 is a unit of fully automatic ear-loop mask making machine. This machine unify 1 unitALT-175 and 2 units ALT-WD175 by a unit of automated dispenser.
Mask bodies produced on mother machine can be allocated onto 2 units child machine averagely by PLC atthe speed of 100-150 pieces per minute. All of operation of the machine
is controlled through touch screen,theinterface of man and machine.
On this combination the mask body machine can match with 1, or2units of ear-loop, machine
